Ray and Nyomi Carter took the grim reapers hand this past week. Rest In Peace. They leave behind two wonderful children.

Its finally time for Neil Kinson and Gia Magliano to grow into adulthood! I’ll have a house and adult update for them soon!

Ichelle went into labor just as Travon was coming home from school. He ended up having to drive his mother to the hospital and call his dad and sister. Ichelle figured 3rd times a charm, but the pain was just as intense. After a few hours of labor she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy they named Wesley Vu.

Neil saw Gia outside messing with his drum set, trying to play something and failing hopelessly. He was reminded at that moment, her quirkiness, her beauty in the fall sun, her determination, how independent she was, of all the things he loved about her. His hand fell to the small box in his pocket. He’d had it for a few weeks, waiting for the right moment to use it. He walked outside to Gia and hugged her from behind.

‘Stand Up, I need to ask you something” he said.

Gia figured he was about to school her on his drums, instead he got down on one knee and said…

‘You are everything I’ve ever wanted, needed or desired. I love every single thing about your soul, and your body. You’ve given me the most beautiful daughter any human could ask for, will you marry me?’

And after a lot of tears, Gia managed to get out a yes.
